Become a Royal Windsor Racecourse Race Day Charity Partner 2025

Royal Windsor Racecourse is offering charities and voluntary sector groups who are looking to engage with a local audience, the unique opportunity to promote their charity brand and generate funds through bucket collections on race days this year.

Your group can attend one of their race days, where you can have:

• A trade stand with your own gazebo (optional)
• A bucket collection from your stand
• A PA announcement at some point during the event (optional)
• Up to 10 Grandstand admission tickets, to be used for volunteers or family members on the day.

There are only a few spaces available, so if you are interested please complete this Expression of Interest form by 5pm, Friday 14th February.
