This week Wexham Park Hospital proudly celebrated the incredible generosity of the community by welcoming two local groups JMIC Mosque and the Milan Yoga Group.
The JMIC Mosque raised an outstanding £16,000, which will go directly towards funding a new cold cap machine to support cancer patients undergoing treatment, whilst the Milan Yoga Group’s £3,000 fundraising effort will contribute to the development of our much-anticipated ITU garden — a calm, healing space for patients, families, and staff.
Brad Hawkins, Hospital and Community Engagement Officer at Frimley Health Charity said: “It’s a great feeling seeing the community so involved in our hospitals future.”
