Community Calm has officially opened their third site in Slough – creating another beautiful natural space where we can come together for connection, nature, and wellbeing.
Community Calm provides a non-clinical setting for people to find recovery across three locations – Maidenhead RBWM, The Wildlife Trust RBWM and Slough.
Meena Kalsi, Founder at Community Calm CIC said: “We were honoured to celebrate this milestone alongside The Mayor of Slough, Councillor Siobhan Dauti, and Slough CVS CEO Asma Aziz, whose support means so much to us as we continue to grow.
“This achievement has been made possible thanks to the #OneSlough Fund and the National Lottery Community Fund. Your support allows us to bring more healing, hope, and calm into our communities.
“Together with our members, collaborators, Slough CVS, Project Salama, the NHS Social Prescribing teams, and our friends at The Wildlife Trust, we are creating safe, nurturing spaces where everyone is welcome, supported, and able to take steps towards recovery and wellbeing.”
As we walk forward, we hold close our guiding principle:
✨ “Community Calm walks the middle pathway – between the heart and the mind, between nature and nurture, between self-care and community care.” ✨
Thank you for being part of our journey. With each step, we are growing stronger together. Find out more at www.communitycalm.com
