This week marked the exciting launch of Cohort 11 on the Frimley 20/20 leadership programme. Asma Aziz, James Parker, and Tagreed Ismail from Slough CVS joined professionals from local NHS trusts, local authorities, and the voluntary and charity sectors for an inspiring two-day kickoff.
Asma Aziz, Acting CEO at Slough CVS, shared her enthusiasm: “I’m looking forward to the rest of the programme and connecting with everyone.”
Emma Lamb, Community & Partnerships Manager at Rushmoor Borough Council, reflected on the experience: “Met some amazing people and looking forward to what we can achieve together.”
Shoba Resalayyan, Project Manager at Viva Slough, highlighted the programme’s impact: “The first two days have been an incredible learning of system leadership on the Frimley 20/20 programme. It has been amazing to meet clinicians, managers, and leaders from health, social care, military, education, voluntary sectors and beyond. We had deep conversations about collaboration and integration across the system, a real step toward meaningful change. Feeling inspired and excited for what’s ahead and the impact we’re going to create together!”
With such a strong start, Cohort 11 is set to drive positive transformation across sectors, promoting collaboration and innovation for a more integrated future.
