Mind and Body Together at the Roti Club

Article by Samina Hussain

Monday night’s Roti Club reminded us that healing is never just physical or mental it’s both, deeply connected.

We heard powerful insights from Rani, who shared how emotional wellbeing plays a vital role when living with long-term conditions, and Dr Atul Bansal, who spoke honestly about how many illnesses develop quietly over years and how gentle, compassionate changes can make a real difference.

Together, we explored tools to build resilience, improve wellbeing, and support quality of life in a space rooted in honesty, learning, and care.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and shared so openly.
