Slough CVS and Tesco Brunel Way Explore New Community Partnerships

Qudsia, Community Connector at Slough CVS, recently met with Nadia, Community Champion at Tesco Brunel Way, to explore opportunities to work together on community initiatives, including the delivery of a vaccination project.

The meeting also highlighted opportunities to make greater use of Tesco’s community room, which is available to support local activities and bring people together. Local community groups, schools and organisations are encouraged to get in touch to explore how they could make use of this space.

Nadia also highlighted Tesco’s Stronger Starts grant scheme, which supports projects benefiting children and young people. Local groups, schools and community organisations are encouraged to find out more and consider applying for funding to help make a positive difference in their communities.
