Talent Connect 2025 proved to be a resounding success, bringing together job seekers and employers for a day of meaningful connections and promising opportunities. Held at The Future Works, 10 companies offered a range of exciting opportunities in hospitality, care, recruitment, and community engagement. With an overwhelming number of registrations, attendees were organised into two batches, ensuring everyone had quality time to engage with employers. It was inspiring to see candidates come well-prepared with their CVs, eager to network and explore potential career paths.

Participants were also encouraged to consider volunteering as a valuable stepping stone toward employment. The energy in the room was fantastic – so many engaging conversations, enthusiastic candidates, and employers eager to find the right talent.
