As part of SWIPE’s Winter HAF programme, Slough West Indian People’s Enterprise (SWIPE) arranged for a group of 32 young people to enjoy an unforgettable adventure to the Science Museum.

The day was packed with experiences at the Space Exhibits, hands-on fun in the Wonderlab, retro gaming in Power Up, a journey through history in The Making of the Modern World, and a deep dive into the Technicians Exhibit.

SWIPE, is one of the lead organisations for the Youth Engagement Slough (YES) consortium, along with partners Resource Productions and Together as One. YES has over 20 other local organisations signed up as Associates with whom they deliver services, all for FREE!

Together as One staff came along too on the day to ensure everything ran smoothly, and Slough’s young people were hands on and loved an incredible lighting desk exhibit in the Technicians Gallery created by Resource Productions for the Science Museum.
