This week, Slough CVS proudly announced the appointment of Asma Aziz as its permanent Chief Executive Officer.

Reflecting on her new role, Asma said: “I am honoured to step into the role of CEO at Slough CVS. Having served as Acting CEO for the past six months, I have seen first-hand the passion, strength, and dedication that defines Slough’s voluntary and community sector.

“Thank you for the support, collaboration, and trust you have shown me during this time. I take on this role with humility and a deep commitment to serving our community and supporting the vital work you do.

“Together, I believe we can continue to build a stronger, more connected sector for Slough and surrounding areas.”

Jamie Green, Chairperson at Slough CVS added: “Asma has demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication during her time as Acting CEO, and we are confident that she will continue to lead SCVS with vision and integrity.”
