The Slough Community Directory (Wellbeing for Slough) is a ‘one-stop shop’ where residents can search for and discover health, wellbeing, and social activities and services in and around Slough. It is both a resource for Social Prescribers to prescribe services for clients, as well as a tool for residents to take control as they navigate their way through the website.
