Our first RBWM Voluntary & Community Sector (VCS) Partnership Meeting of 2025, held at Maidenhead Synagogue, was a great success.

Welcoming a New Partner
We were delighted to announce that I Love Windsor CIC has officially joined as our sixth Partner. Their commitment to strengthening the local community makes them a valuable addition to our growing network.

Jon Davey Community Champion at I Love Windsor CIC said: “The VCS Partnership do a lot of good work in bringing community people together and we’re only too pleased to add value where we can.”

Engaging Discussions and Valuable Insights
The meeting saw seven groups convene in separate rooms to discuss key priorities, challenges, and strategies for improved collaboration. Each group, with around six participants, brought together a total of 42 attendees. The facilitators did an outstanding job guiding the conversations, ensuring that everyone had the opportunity to contribute.

The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, reflecting the sincerity and passion of all involved. Paul Samuels said from WAMCF said: ”It always moves me when I feel the sincerity of the group, a genuine desire to change the world for the better.”

Asma Aziz, CEO at Slough CVS/WAM Get Involved said: “Another fantastic forum uniting our diverse voluntary sector across RBWM and welcoming new partners to the VCS. A special welcome to ‘I Love Windsor’—a valuable addition to our growing VCS partnership.”
