On Friday 7th February, Hope College, part of Slough Community Mental Health Services, marked a decade of delivering hope, empowerment, and co-production to the residents of Slough. The milestone was celebrated with an Open Day, bringing together service users, peer mentors, and community stakeholders, to recognise and celebrate the vital mental health services available in Slough, as well as the hard work and achievements of the college’s students.
Among the attendees was Tagreed Ismail, Volunteer Manager at Slough CVS, who provided peer mentors and service users with information on volunteering opportunities in the borough, to support them on their wellbeing journey.
