On Sunday 28 April, over £1,000 was raised for The Baby Bank by Hindu youth group, HSS Sewa Slough And Maidenhead, who hosted an activity day at Langley Academy. The Baby Bank support families in extreme need throughout Berkshire and the surrounding areas, to ensure all children have the best possible start in life.

Rebecca Mistry, Co-CEO at The Baby Bank said: “Having the support from our local community and them fundraising to support the work we do for residents in Slough is a huge compliment for us. We always say “it takes a village to raise a child’ and we can’t do the work we do without the support of our community.”
