Lottie (CEO) from Buttons & Bubbles, a volunteer‑led organisation championing inclusion and representation for the disability community the RBWM area and beyond.
Lottie has been actively engaging with WAM GI training, completing sessions such as Safeguarding, Demonstrating Impact, and Managing Volunteers. These have helped her strengthen policies, improve risk management, and build safer, more effective ways of supporting her volunteer team. She’s already putting this learning into practice—showing the real difference training can make for small, emerging community groups.
Buttons & Bubbles’ work is rooted in Bubble World, a magical accessible environment where characters reflect a range of disabilities. Their mission is to ensure everyone is seen, heard, and represented—not defined by a label.
Lottie’s commitment to learning and growing her organisation reflects exactly what WAM GI aims to support: stronger, safer, more confident community groups across Windsor, Maidenhead & Slough.
