The Slough CVS leadership team have refreshed the strategic plan for the next four years, setting out our strategic ambitions and priorities, to deliver our vision of building stronger, healthier and safer communities across Slough, through community led action.

Creating a space for the whole team to come together, to focus on our core values, and how each one of us contributes to our strategic ambitions was both enjoyable and a critical part of our collective journey.

We started the day with the ‘Great SCVS Bake Off’, a very energetic team building activity which really demonstrated what a collaborative, encouraging and tenacious team we have!
