On Wednesday 7th May, over 130 partners from across the community — including charities, local groups, public services, residents, and businesses — came together for a powerful forum focused on tackling health inequalities in Slough.
Asma Aziz, CEO of Slough CVS, praised the event, saying:
“This is what community spirit looks like. A big thank you to Slough Public Health for leading the way. Together, we can work towards a healthier and fairer Slough for everyone.”
Janet Brewer, Wellbeing Support Worker at The Wellbeing Service – East Berkshire, added:
“Thank you to you and your team for organising a brilliant event — it was really informative and productive.”
