What an incredible evening of empowerment, hosted by Samina Hussain and Sbba Siddique, building on the collective power of resilience and connection and bringing together well over 150 women. The night raised a phenomenal £8,873 for Sakoon Through Cancer.

Samina Hussain commenting on the event said: “The #AccelerateAction theme was not just a tagline but a call to action that was truly brought to life as we celebrated the strength, courage, and spirit of women in Slough.  This event has left a lasting impact on our community, a testament to our collective strength and determination.”

Sbba Siddique added: “What an phenomenal night this was ! Absolutely honoured to have hosted the event celebrating the incredible women of Slough and beyond. Inspiring speeches, fantastic entertainment from our all female line up, and delicious food all topped off by a night of dancing celebrating and laughter.”

*Unforgettable Connections*: The energy in the room was electric—new friendships formed, ideas exchanged, and a collective commitment to lifting one another was evident.  The dhol drummers, courtesy of the Ministry of Dhol, and belly dancing entertainment by Salma Celina Rajput, alongside the Photographer, Hdole, and the Photobooth by Bee from Photo Booth Fairy UK, with DJ Jay added to the excitement and magic of the evening, raising funds for Sakoon Through Cancer.

The success of the Summer Ball 2025 was not just about the event itself but about the collective effort and support from each one of you. The business community also showed its support through donations, vouchers, and raffle prizes.
